4. Is Local Farmer's Garden similar to a CSA?

Yes, we are.  What is a CSA? Community Supported Agriculture or CSA consists of a community of individuals who pledge support to a farm where the growers share the risks and benefits of food production. CSAs usually consist of a system of weekly delivery or pick-up of vegetables and fruit in vegetable box scheme.

Today many CSA's are a cooperative of produce from several growers. This expands the variety of available produce for your box.  Read more about CSA.
